This group of top talent nominated by executives, come together from across the globe to tackle issues as a team while learning critical business skills. The end result – NAVEX has fresh new ideas and great people have a chance to influence several aspects of the business.

Making a difference in the lives of others is core to the experience people can expect at NAVEX. Led by team members across each location, Outreach provides people with options to contribute their time, talents and resources to their local communities. And to ensure people can prioritize what matters most to them, NAVEX provides a Day of Service each year for people to make a difference.

Whether you are a stellar ping pong or trivia player, sports fan, or simply love to mingle with people, NAVEX knows how to play hard. Connect brings people together each month for various activities and of course, having good food is a non-negotiable!

Designed to promote healthy living for NAVEX team members, Live Well provides people with a variety of tools and resources to support their wellness goals. People can also earn extra money for their Health Savings Account by participating in wellness related activities, including team walks, that lead up to the chance to win cool products like an Apple Watch, Fitness Tracker, Vitamix and even a Peloton bike!
