- UOI promotes growth and success to all employees by providing free certificate courses at Providence College or Bryant University and/or help any employee attending college with yearly tuition assistance. They also provide an excellent benefit package to include health, dental, vision with low deductibles, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K, vacation, sick days and paid volunteer time off.
UOI also highlights employees by having an Employee of the Month and Employee Spotlights in monthly newsletter. The Employee of the Month is recognized for going above and beyond and receives a gift. There is also Employee Appreciation every month which is a great treat. From food trucks to delivered lunches to ice-cream every day in July, UOI thanks all employees every month for their hard work. Additionally, Thanksgiving Day gift and holiday bonuses are handed to each employee every year and awards presented to employees at our annual holiday party.
