In our business the employees' values and morals reflect the ethics we follow each and every day in our office, our stores and out in the field. We are in the business of making living space better for life and our people take pride in making life better for living. Some of the ways we support our communities in which we live and work are by establishing partnership with United Way where our associates and the owner's raise funds and donate every year to help United Way driven agenda's in our community. We are also proud to be recognized by United Way as one of the Top 100 Most Generous Workplaces; currently at number 57.
We also raise funds and participate in the Annual Heart Walk of the American Heart Association. Tampa Bay Trane was also recognized as a Fit-Friendly work-site Platinum level and most recently featured in Forbes Magazine as one of 2018 Gold Recognized Companies by the American Heart Association. AHA salutes employers who go above and beyond when it comes to their employee's health, for creating a culture of health in the workplace through progressive leadership and employee wellness initiatives.
