Purpose
SI-BONE is a global leader in technology for surgical treatment of musculoskeletal disorders of the sacropelvic anatomy. Published clinical studies have shown that 15% to 30% of chronic lower back pain is associated with the sacroiliac (SI) joint. In 2009, SI-BONE pioneered a proprietary minimally invasive surgical system, the iFuse Implant System®, to fuse the SI joint and treat SI joint dysfunction. Tens of thousands of patients have subsequently been treated with iFuse by thousands of trained surgeons around the world. SI-BONE has more recently expanded its iFuse Technology® platform to include iFuse-3D™ and iFuse-TORQ®, and has cleared indications for those products to include applications in pelvic trauma and adult spinal deformity.
