Maxhome takes our values very seriously and make it a priority to have Values Meetings. All the employees come together and get free breakfast, enjoy team building activities and learn the new incentives that quarter. We currently have #valueschallenge going on right now where employees nominate each other for presenting those values and have a chance to win $500, weekend getaway, big screen TV or tickets to an event of their choice!
Another thing to separate Maxhome from the rest is that we take it to another level when it comes to the open door policy. We have something called "happiness huddles" where each department gets their time with the CEO and management team to discuss any issues, concerns and achievements. The main two questions are "What can we do to make our customers happier?" and "What can we do to make you happier?".
