In 2017, Bryan and Debbie Schroder had a vision to create a new traditional real estate brand in the St. Louis Market. While on the search for a broker, they met Matthew Becker who was a real estate team leader in the local market. Together, they launched Magnolia Real Estate in 2018 with only 10 agents and a vision to create a new real estate brand that would foster a culture between agents and clients that the market had never seen before.
Since then, Magnolia Real Estate has continued to grow and expand. Never forgetting their humble beginnings and core values, the company has grown to over 90 agents and has helped thousands of people achieve their dreams of home ownership.
Matthew, now the owner of the brokerage, leads this family of agents with the help of, Managing Broker Mindy West and a dedicated leadership team. They are beyond proud of the hard work that their REALTORS® do to positively impact the communities they serve and the clients they assist.
