Published by Top Workplaces and Bucketlist, the Frontline Workers award honors companies that prioritize the needs, contributions, and workplace experience of their frontline staff. Participating organizations must have a minimum of 50 employees. At least 35 of them — or 10% of the total workforce — must be frontline workers.
