In 2020, the FCP team participated in the Salvation Army National Capital Area Command Montgomery County Corps Angel Tree Program as part of our employee-led FCP SERVES initiative. The joy in giving back to the community through making children's wishes come true was all ours and this has become an annual planned event. For 2020, FCP employees were able to participate virtually and provided gifts for 35 children ranging in ages from 18 months to 15 years old.

Staying connected across the virtual working environment was a key component of FCP's culture this past year.

FCP employees came together to provide relief to those affected by COVID-19. FCP SERVES, the firm’s employee-led service program, provided 675,000 meals to families in need via donations to food banks across the country.

After our Texas apartment residents suffered through an unprecedented winter storm in March 2021, FCP sponsored food trucks at six of its Texas communities.
