Additional Culture Details
Rolling Hills began as 14 people who met in an apartment clubhouse. Through the years, we've worshiped in hotel ballrooms, horse barns, movie theaters and more. Through it all, God has always provided the right place and the right people to grow His church. The result is a culture of tremendous faith and teamwork that is remarkable to be a part of. We have faith, because He has provided and we work as a team because that's all we know how to do. The idea of silos is foreign to us and any new member to our staff family learns quickly that they have a dedicated army of support, from the Lead Pastor to the facility team, who is ready to help.
