Founded in 1938, IC System is one of the largest receivables management companies in the United States. We are a privately held accounts receivable management firm in its third generation of family ownership. IC System provides customized, tailor-made debt recovery solutions for healthcare, dental, small business, government, utilities, and telecommunications industries nationwide. Better Business Bureau® of Minnesota and North Dakota has awarded IC System the Torch Awards for Ethics. IC System nurtures our culture by recognizing greatness when we see it. Our commitment to culture is best summarized by how every employee feels part of a larger whole—what we often call the “IC Family.”
To celebrate our family, we issue quarterly awards for Core Values, and quarterly Innovation; and annual awards for our President’s Club. Each year, recipients of these awards meet at the annual IC System awards banquet, where attendees are treated to entertainment, dinner, and prizes.
Our culture thrives on social interactions. Once a month, the team gathers on-site, and our senior leadership shares company goals, achievements, and updates through a town hall meeting that is presented both in person and in a Teams Live meeting for our remote team members. Beyond work, our team enjoys various activities throughout the year, fostering a sense of camaraderie. Our in-house charity group plays a pivotal role in orchestrating numerous community-giving events year-round, making a significant impact on the lives of others. In 2023, we raised an impressive $63,750 and logged 525 volunteer hours, a testament to our commitment to social responsibility.
The Minneapolis Star Tribune's Top Workplace program has recognized IC System's culture and excellence several years in a row. In 2017, we were named one of Minnesota's Top Workplaces. In years 2018-2023, IC System was named one of Minnesota's Top 150, 175, and 200 Workplaces.
