Purpose
For 90 years, Standley Systems has grown through good and tough times because we have employees that know the importance of leaning on each other and being a team and also understand that our clients depend on us. Depending on the day that might mean different things to different people but to our team it means standing shoulder to shoulder with each other and our clients. Some days that looks like providing our clients with relevant solutions and generous service to keep their business wheels turning, and on others it may mean stepping out and serving the community together. Either way we are grateful to get to do life and business together.

Team Standley fulfills our purpose, in part, by staying focused on our vision of providing relevant solutions and generous service. Enabling client success is fundamental to our business philosophy. To some, it may seem we sell, install and service equipment or provide IT services to improve systems and workflows, but we know it's bigger than that. At the root of everything we do, our team provides tools, resources, and solutions to help businesses run more efficiently and make informed decisions about what they need to stay viable. And it doesn't happen without a consistent, focused, committed team effort. It takes being "All In" to provide relevant solutions and generous service and that's a choice our team makes everyday.
