self-service lockers. The way Parcel Pending works is simple. When a package arrives, it’s placed into an easily accessible Parcel Pending locker. The
recipient is then notified by text, email and/or our mobile app with a passcode. Then they can retrieve their package at any time by entering the
passcode on our kiosk, or simply through our mobile app.
