this is the first place I have worked where onboarding was truly successful and completed before my start date. The team members all have such positive attitudes, including management, and everyone is willing to everyone if it is needed. HBG has such a family and goal-oriented atmosphere. You are provided with all the tools, resources, and assistance to be successful in your position.
