21st Mortgage Corporation is a full service lender specializing in manufactured and mobile home loans. We originate and service a variety of loans to borrowers from manufactured home retailers, mortgage brokers and directly to consumers all over the USA. 21st Mortgage opened its doors in 1995 with a staff of four, which included two of the company's founders; CEO Tim Williams and CFO Rich Ray. Today, the company has grown to almost 1,000 team members on two campuses. 21st Mortgage has contributed to the revitalization of downtown Knoxville and continues to actively participate and support local organizations in and around Tennessee.
