NIS loves to have fun. We celebrate Employee Appreciation Day, employee anniversaries, and our new hires. When we hit our Rocks/goals for the year, we earn money which goes towards prizes that are given away at our Annual Winter Celebration. We do potlucks, have sport jersey days, and popcorn days.
NIS employees promote several charities throughout the year through enjoyable fundraising activities – vacation day raffles, bake sales, employee luncheons, collecting money and supplies, etc.
All monies raised by our Community Connection Committee are matched dollar for dollar by NIS.
Our wellness committee has lots of fun wellness events through the year to promote healthier lifestyles, increase awareness of personal health, generate enthusiasm and cultivate excitement about personal health and wellness.
