I always feel supported and encouraged to work autonomously, with the permission to do what I think is right for people. People are the number on asset and source of my joy at this job. Without this option I think it would be much more difficult to achieve that. My position requires a log of strategy and development. I am provided the tools to do that. I have a dedicated recording space without trains, the ability to develop QNews and the team to help create content that will be meaningful to all of our charters. I am encouraged to do my best.
