Rea and others built our Ohio accounting firm. Since then, our firm tries to live these values and morals every day — values that were clearly ahead of their time. All of our associates believe in what The Rea Way stands for, and they work to uphold it. The Rea Way value statement serves as a guide to good business and unimpaired decision making. It was developed in 2000 as a way to keep Richard Rea’s values alive, and to remind our clients and employees to carry on these important ideals. The firm's strategic plan also plays into the entire culture of the firm. We operate as one firm and follow the 4DX principles in which all of our initiatves fall under our four main cornerstones - clients, firm, growth and people. Focusing on these areas allows us to buld on our current dominance or work toward success in those areas. We are no longer staisfied with being a good firm, we will be a great firm.
