Victory we are forming minds, hearts, and souls by informing and training character, values, and giving our people, especially our children, a vision. That
vision is a vision of who they should and can be, a vision of what the world can be, a vision of life full of faith, charity, meaning and promise. We give
them the tools to be someone in life and make a difference in the world. And the people of Victory have been doing this for over 175 years.
