We are a privately held collection of hair salons that service the Texas area. We have been in business since 1977 and have made a global impact through membership in Intercoiffure ICA, a highly esteemed organization that recognizes the world's finest hair salons. The second generation of McCormacks, Meagan, is now running the business.
Purpose
Visible Changes pledges to create a fun and creative atmosphere for our stylists resulting in a salon where our guests can relax and experience the best possible service.

Visible Changes has maintained a dominating presence in the hair and beauty industry in Houston since 1977. We are a privately held collection of hair salons staffing more than 600 personnel throughout Texas. In the early 1980's, our company was twice listed as one of INC Magazine's fastest growing companies. In 2006, Visible Changes won the Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the Global Salon Awards in Barcelona. Visible Changes has been named a “Top Work Place” by the Houston Chronicle since 2013, as well as one of HBJ's Best Places to work in 2012, 2015 and 2016. In an industry where workers frequently change jobs, we are proud that seventy percent of our stylists have been with Visible Changes for over 5 years.
