In the past two years, our management team, led by our CEO, has worked tirelessly to define our values and mission and refine our culture. We've workshopped with every department, making sure to get feedback from every single individual on our team. At Phonoscope LIGHTWAVE our culture is best defined by our core values; Growth, Respect, Integrity and Trust, or G.R.I.T. We even have "GRIT" logos up around the office as reminders. We are a hard-working group that values creativity in our new product innovation. We have a peer rewards system (GRIT Bucks) that allows our employees to reward each other for exemplifying and living our core values.
