GSM is a company that has a great vision and a strategy in place to execute that vision. We communicate that to our workforce on a regular basis. There are no surprises at GSM; we are transparent and maintain an extremely open door policy.
We've had an engagement team in place for the last 7 years whose mission is to find more creative ways each year to bring our workforce together and build deeper, long-lasting relationships with each other. These events include an array of planned parties and celebrations, impromptu socials, and many philanthropic activities to support our community. Coming up at the end of August, we will hold another annual event called College Colors Day.
Just about every 2-3 weeks; GSM will be celebrating something, someone or just getting together for our monthly "Cuddle" where we take a moment to share something about our work or our personal life that we are proud of.
Bottom line, we have fun, we care about each other and we are all aligned to the strategy to grow this company and continue to fortify our culture!
