BEST Automotive, founded in 1957, is a full service auto dealership offering sales of new and pre-owned vehicles, Service & Parts Departments (both retail and wholesale), Finance Departments, and full service Auto Body Shop. The dealership is family-owned with third generation leadership.
The company focuses on maintaining a high quality service to customers as well as promoting the growth & development of its employees. Each year improvements to the workplace are made to offer a relaxed, friendly environment for employees. In 2017 the employee break room was redesigned with TV, jigsaw puzzles, games, books, magazines, and community garden. In 2018 a total build-out of our service technicians break room with new kitchen, work stations, TV, coffee station, and a fully stocked concierge cabinet with everyday needs. A state-of-the art locker room was included in this build-out. Upcoming projects include exploring of a "quiet" room for employees, new bathroom facilities for techs, birthday gift baskets, redesign of administrative area to improve efficiencies.

Exemplary customer service is the hallmark of our company values. What differentiates us from other companies is our Disney approach to doing business. Since 1994, over 105 employees attended one or more Disney Institute programs in management, leadership and, most importantly, customer & quality service. Because of Disney's philosophies and drive to create happiness, we have incorporated many of their practices into our daily routines. Hence, we refer to our employees as "cast members." We don't compare ourselves to other dealerships; instead we compare ourselves to those companies whose actions exemplify a quality approach to those served and whose standards of quality are unsurpassed. That being said, our company owner recently hosted over 50 staff members to a 5-star experience. This included a night at the Ritz Carlton and dinner at a 5-star restaurant. A guest speaker hosted a breakfast meeting to discuss how Best Automotive could incorporate some of the 5-star practices into our daily routines.
