The culture of AAMC is one of inclusion and wellbeing. Our Diversity and Inclusion department hosts monthly celebrations and information sessions to celebrate the uniqueness of our staff and community. Our employees are engaged in bringing WellBeing to their area by hosting food trucks, fairs, and farmers markets on and off campus. AAMC employees are all an important part of the patient experience and the organization focuses on making our employee experience exceptional so that same compassion and support transfers to the patients. Our executive leadership rounds with coffee carts over multiple shifts to talk to front line staff, learning what matters to them to influence continued growth and enhancement of the employee experience at our organization.
