Nominations for 2022 Top Workplaces USA Open Through November 10th

Winners of national employer recognition award to be announced in January 2022

Nominations are open for the 2022 Top Workplaces USA national award. Based on feedback captured by a brief employee engagement survey, the high-profile award recognizes organizations across the country that exemplify the qualities of a great workplace

Who is eligible to participate in the Top Workplaces USA national award

The Top Workplaces USA national award is open to organizations with 150 or more U.S. employees. To be considered for the award, participating organizations must complete the Energage Workplace Survey no later than November 26, 2021. The winners will be revealed at an event in January 2022, published on the Top Workplaces website, and featured in national media release.

“As organizations struggle to retain and recruit employees, workplace culture has become a differentiator that gives them a competitive advantage,” said Dan Kessler, President at Energage. “The Top Workplaces USA national award recognizes exceptional companies, and the employee feedback participating companies receive helps them become even better organizations.”

The Top Workplaces USA national award is based entirely on employee feedback, making it one of the world’s most objective and credible employer recognition programs. Using more than 15 years of research and data from 70,000 organizations and 23 million employee surveys, Energage evaluates organizations against the industry’s most robust benchmark.

Research shows Top Workplaces attract and retain the best talent

Energage research shows companies that win employer recognition – including Top Workplaces – attract top talent, minimize unwanted turnover, and deliver a better customer experience.

“Being recognized as a Top Workplace is a point of pride for our entire team. Our retention numbers are at a historic low, and our employees readily refer others to come work at FMG,” said Ben Garthwaite, CEO of Fors March Group. “During the interview process, we hear time and time again that our reputation as a B Corp and a Top Workplace are key reasons candidates applied. It absolutely impacts our business in a positive way.”

In addition to qualifying companies as the nation’s organizations of choice, the employee survey insights help leaders understand where the culture stands and set a path for future success.

“Joining the Top Workplaces program has provided us access to a scientific survey tool and analytics from skilled professionals who help us understand the data and find ways to improve our organizational health and employee engagement,” said Bob Grennes, Indiana Department of Revenue Commissioner. “We celebrate our award, but more importantly, we use the honest feedback to learn, grow, and improve. It has become a passion, and we love the process.”

One employee engagement survey, year-round recognition opportunities

Completing just one employee engagement survey qualifies companies for all eligible Top Workplaces regional and national programs in the coming 12 months.
