Our sales and marketing platform is the worldwide leader in monetizing our partner celebrities' name recognition in complementary verticals. It is our purpose to create the best financial education programs in the US and Canada. From development to sales, we are thoroughly involved in the process and constantly improving our programs to fit our students’ needs

Zurixx’s mission is focused on three main points: Be a highly-rated educational program creating financial freedom for students and their families; Create a corporate culture where people have fun, learn, feel respected, and are given the chance to succeed; Give back time and money to create local, meaningful charity engagements.
Additional Culture Details
Recent studies have shown that it takes employees an average of 23 minutes to return to a task after being interrupted. While we celebrate collaboration and teamwork among our employees, we also realize that certain tasks are easier done with peace and quiet. Because of this, Zurixx has added sound-proof "privacy pods" to our office. Our employees are welcome to use the pods for calls, webinars, virtual meetings, or distraction-free bursts of productivity. The pods are offered in addition to three separate conference rooms that can also be used for these same reasons.
We have implemented a "desk swap" program between our Utah and Puerto Rico offices. A large contributor to our award winning culture is the "family" vibe we foster among our employees. Our Utah office employees are given the opportunity to spend a week in our Puerto Rico office, and our Puerto Rico office employees are given the opportunity to spend a week in our Utah office. We won't let thousands of miles stand in the way of our employees building connections with one another!
Zurixx is immensely proud of our "parent friendly" environment. We believe that parents shouldn't have to burn through their paid time off due to lack of child care. We support and encourage our employees to bring their children to work whenever they see fit! It's not unusual to catch our Chief Operating Officer rocking a baby to sleep while the parent takes a work related phone call, or to come across kids playing games in our break room. Our employees all genuinely care about each other and look out for one another.
