I love my job because it’s where I’ve grown—from starting as a cleaner in the warehouse in 2018 to becoming a supervisor today. People working here are very nice, responsive, of different backgrounds and fun to be with. They are professional and expect and earn respect. They know what they are doing.

I feel included in decisions. When an issue arises that I see as an issue management listens and decides the best course of action while including me in the process. Work is not assigned just to be work. Encouraged to provide ideas and suggestions.

I do what I love and touch a lot of teams, it also creates the opportunity to help others on things I know and I can help them to understand, they are really flexible, the environment is awesome, people become my family, my manager is my mentor and the greatest lead I ever had in the past
