Certainty Home Loans is a correspondent mortgage lending company founded in 2000 to provide home buyers with personal attention from experienced and knowledgeable loan officers, outstanding customer service, a simplified and transparent digital home loan process, and an accurate and on-time loan closing.
We are nationally recognized with a reputation for offering a wide range of loan products that can help homebuyers finance their first home to their last, including conventional 15 and 30 year fixed rate loans, FHA, VA and USDA loans, renovation loans, specialty and regional loan programs, and reverse mortgages.
We work closely with each buyer’s real estate agent and/or home builder to provide a streamlined home buying process.

We have a monthly recognition program wherein our team members RECOGNIZE their colleagues who excel at INNOVATION, SERVICE AND EXCELLENCE (RISE). Two team members are awarded each month with a $250 spot bonus.
Our executive team personally signs birthday cards for all team members every year. We mail the cards to the team member's home stuffed with confetti. We also mail celebratory cards for employee weddings and for new babies. We mail sympathy cards when we hear of a team member who has had a family member pass away and get well soon cards when we hear of a team member who is recovering from surgery or illness.
We have a culture page on our Intranet to share pictures of our teams in their fellowship together and in their communities and we honor our veteran employees and their families for serving our country.
We have a private Facebook page for our company where team members are acknowledged for going above and beyond for each other and for our customers. We share our wins, best sales tips, social media tips and tricks, ask questions and share funny/inspiring photos.
