Here at WholesomeCo the way we treat people both internally and externally matters to us. We are doing critical work that helps patients throughout the state of Utah everyday, which gives a purpose in the work that our employees are doing day to day. We believe in allowing employees to come as they are and to be their full authentic selves when they come to work. Employees are not robots and expecting them to be “cookie cutter” employees is not our approach in managing, hiring, and building relationships internally. We fundamentally believe our differences allow us to thrive in the work we do. It can be difficult to strike the right balance between compassion and meeting goals, business standards, and maintaining professionalism. Our mindset as a company has been to instill a solid communication foundation and high-level transparency company-wide to allow more compassion, understanding, and flexibility amongst our team.
