- Bettering individuals is a core component of Weifield’s culture; in fact, ‘Community’ is one of Weifield’s four core company values (along with ‘People,’ ‘Advancing Process,’ and ‘Trusting Relationships’ which make up Weifield’s PACT). We incorporate charitable efforts into our business, supporting dozens of organizations annually. Our four charitable areas are: Head of Household, Women & Children, the U.S. Military, and the Disabled & Less Fortunate. We help even the most challenged individuals to work and thrive. For example, graduates of Denver’s Stout Street Foundation (SSF) program, Peer 1, and other Denver rehab and therapeutic communities can receive training and become an electrician at Weifield via our apprenticeship program. We have employed 40+ electricians from SSF and similar programs to help them make a sustainable life change.
