• Wade Trim’s culture is one of friendship & inclusion. Employees enjoy BBQs, friendly competition with our Biggest Loser weight loss challenges, euchre tournaments & St. Putt Putt mini golf challenges. Our hybrid work model allows staff to work remotely 3 days per week & regular team building activities help build relationships & stay connected.
• Innovation is valued so we created a space, The Innovation Hub, for staff to share ideas & suggestions for innovative technologies/processes to adopt that provide value to clients or create efficiencies within Wade Trim. Staff are rewarded for ideas through our Mini-vation Awards & Innovator of the Year Award.
