Employees celebrate the spirit of community at our annual Service Learning Fair on Pi Day (3.14), a day where our people connect with local non-profits around service learning opportunities. This year, $31,415.92 dollars were contributed to attending non-profits based on employee votes. Employee-led giving through citizen philanthropy is what sets apart.
The passion to innovate and challenge the status quo is both a shared value at VMware and what fuels Borathon, our own hackathon that challenges employees to innovate and solve tough problems.
