Everyone here works very hard while enjoying the time together. I've never seen such a fun-loving and easy going group focus and execute at this level. It's both inspiring and fun to be a part of. People care about one another here and everyone understands their own path as well as the company's. Both of those things are why everyone works hard and enjoys their time here, myself included.

The pay!! I get a very livable salary and then more than double that in commission. They even bumped up my salary to adjust for inflation. I didn’t ask for that. Vivax did that because they care. The owner could be whipping around in lambos but instead he makes sure all his employees are taken care with meaningful bonuses. Not some stupid $1,000 check and a pizza party. I do love all the aspects and how the managers here are therapists to us employees. I’ve grown so much as an individual since I’ve started here. This company forces you to grow. BUT.. at the end of the day.. all of that doesn’t matter IF WE AINT GETTING PAID!! The last thing I would want is someone telling me to improve in life when I’m struggling to pay rent. But I’m actually able to focus on my job and my own growth because I don’t have to worry about surviving.

I have a supportive and effective direct manager and I enjoy the people I work with. The work is in line with my most pressing short-term employment needs and still offers learning opportunities that facilitate my longer-term career plans.

Managers and senior managers push you to do your best professionally and personally in creative ways without exploiting good work ethic.

I’m being pushed to grow both professionally and personally. The support is incredible, unlike any other company I’ve worked for in the past! I genuinely feel like everyone is rooting for each other and is willing to help each other.

I get to work on personal skills with the support of those around me. A competitive environment that I was missing from previous jobs that pushes me to be the best version of myself everyday. Family feeling that everyone around you wants to help and get the best out of you, no one trys to put you down but rather bring you up at every opportunity. Recognition for success, tons of opportunities to seize.
