We are a very vibrant and collaborative organization. We're always trying new things and looking for ways to improve, so we're constantly figuring out how to do things we've never done before. Working in the VPE family is both challenging and fun, but never dull! We hold an "every-body-pitch-in" mindset; our president services the coffee maker just like anyone else. We have a work-hard-play-hard culture and host regular activities, from video game competitions to food truck lunches.
