Purpose
VIA LINK is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides a range of services to the people of Louisiana and beyond. Our crisis contact center manages a number of crisis and human services phone, text and chat lines 24/7, including 988 and 211 network services. Our contact center team helps people connect with critical services, provides suicide intervention, offers opioid support and more.VIA LINK manages the Homeless Management Information System for Orleans, Jefferson, and St. Tammany Parishes, provides care navigation, and offers a range of data services to the public.
