From the beginning, our chronic care, behavioral health, and maternity programs have been engineered to be simple, meaning our members can assimilate to the Vheda Health program in a very easy way and engage members that have been systematically excluded by traditional digital health models.
In our experience, more than half of the underserved population resides in rural areas. The rural population challenges are plentiful, including:
• Limited access to live or in-person providers
• Limited access to broadband or internet
• Limited access to transportation
As experts in Medicaid and Medicare, Vheda Health has solved for these challenges, delivering rural engagement rates of 80% and greater, especially in rural areas.
