Founded in 2001, Venturity partners with privately held companies to help them with their largest financial challenges by providing outsourced accounting, as well as fractional CFO and COO consulting services. Our goal is to provide clients with timely and comprehensive financials, peace of mind knowing that their financial information is accurately represented and the ability to make informed business decisions with numbers that tell the story of their business.

Vision
As a team, we create a Vision of Greatness that looks ahead eight years and what we aspire to achieve. Designed by Zingerman's leadership program, this approach gets us moving towards the future we want and provides focused excitement. Created in 2020, our 2028 Vision of Greatness details a wide range of milestones in every facet of Venturity. It begins by acknowledging the 11th anniversary of playing The Great Game of Business (open book management program) we will celebrate. We establish the new role of a full-time GGOB coach within our organization and are even inducted into the GGOB Hall of Fame. In 2028 we will also celebrate the 10th anniversary of implementing our Client Experience initiative that transformed how our clients experience Venturity. Much of the growth we experienced over the eight years has come from our commitment to staying true to our core business of outsourced accounting while also leveraging comprehensive, Fractional CXO Services that better serve our clients. Throughout the eight years, our operations evolve substantially: most team members can plug and play into any role comparable with their skill set and each of the accounting services roles develop further to drive us towards becoming a “Ventrusted Advisor” for every client. 2028 will mark our eighth year of employee ownership, which has grown to 50%. Our team continues to think and act like owners by supporting business development and understanding that our actions have a big impact.
