These programs include our Work Anniversary program and Core Value Awards! We have also implemented a Pay for Performance structure to promote growth and development in the workplace, as well as a leadership development class to help our team members become great leaders.
A healthy work-life balance is achieved by offering the flexibility of work-from-home options and encouraging the use of Yammer to keep everyone connected, whether they are working in the office or remotely! We host monthly town hall meetings as well to keep everyone up-to-date on the latest company news and activities, as well as to give everyone a platform to provide their thoughts and suggestions.
Additionally, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us and are committed to making a positive impact and fostering a culture of service. We offer paid VTO (Volunteer Time Off) to encourage employees to get involved in their community. As part of our commitment to the community, we also organize fundraisers and donate to worthy causes in the area!
