Valluzzo Companies was established in 2010 by John, Nicholas and Michael Valluzzo. Since then, the company has expanded to manage 79 McDonald's in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.

Although we are proud to be part of the McDonald's family, we operate with the heart and dedication of a small business, fostering connections and creating positive experiences for our customers. We are proud to have been named a USA Today Top Workplace for 2025. Our people are at the heart of everything we do. In fact, most of our employees started as crew members, many as their first job and have moved up in leadership now in charge of 1, 2, 3 or 15 McDonald's restaurants.
