For over 25 years, USClaims has been one of America's largest providers of non-recourse financial support to personal injury victims, some of whom may have suffered catastrophic injuries from defective products, unsafe premises, motor vehicle accidents, and other types of accidents. This financial support provides the injured plaintiff with the means to pay bills and endure the often long and arduous litigation process. USClaims was a pioneer of this product and without our help plaintiffs and their attorneys cannot stay in the fight.

Litigation financing is often sought out by a plaintiff with a personal injury case and a pending lawsuit applying for an advance. USClaims will review their request, discuss their case with the handling law firm and once approved, a purchase agreement is sent and ultimately the funds are forwarded to the plaintiff, typically within 24 hours, these funds can be used for personal expenses.

Additional Culture Details

In 2020 we formed an employee committee, “The Guild,” to lead the charge on employee engagement. We use Gallup Q12 as a survey tool, bi-annually, across the entire organization. The Guild meets regularly to analyze the results from the surveys and work on 2-3 items with the goal of improving and maintaining strong employee engagement.

• We pride ourselves on an open and transparent work environment, with an open-door policy at all levels.
• The leadership team hosts monthly town halls, so the entire organization is on the same page about the direction and status of the company. Managers conduct weekly team meetings to share information and learnings and build comradery.
• US Claims believes in giving back to our community. We lead quarterly community service projects and all Team Members that participate, do it "on the clock".
• In 2021 we established a flexible work from home policy, allowing eligible employees the flexibility to work from home either quarterly and/or a couple of days a week, even outfitting our team’s remote workspaces with the equipment needed for them to be successful and in touch with the rest of the team (dual monitors, docking station for the house).
