UPTOWN has a very flat organization where members are empowered @ all levels, & we wear different colored polo shirts for our different roles.
Employees who wear red polo shirts are our Sales Professionals or Service Advisors! You’ll usually see them in the showroom or reviewing repair orders with customers. Have a question about your next car? Want to understand what your vehicle’s needs? Great! They are always here to serve!
Our management team wears blue polo shirts. Look for one if you run into an issue, need clarification, or just want to say hello! You’ll usually see them in the sales tower working to find great inventory & special offers. They are always here to serve!
Our Executives wear white polo shirts. They can be found around the dealership shaking hands with clients, reviewing reports & mentoring the team. They love getting to know our clients & are always here to serve!
