Unyson, the Logistics Division of Hub Group believes our team members are our strongest assets. Each month we give one member a Unyson Hero award to recognize their outstanding efforts. Additionally, we give out three pillar awards each year to team members who have shown savings to the customer, service to the customer and helped the company grow.
We have a committee that is dedicated to Employee & Industry Development. They hold multiple events throughout the year that includes:
- Lunch N Learn: Overview on internal accounts and business segment functions.
- Focused Forum: Internal discussions on issues or solutions impacting our industry or clients.
- Guest Guru: Team members have the opportunity to hear an outside perspective in a presentation from an expert in their field.
