We also provide an excellent benefit package to include health, dental, vision with low deductibles, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K, vacation, sick days and paid volunteer time off.
UOI also highlights employees by having an Employee of the Month and Employee Spotlights in monthly newsletter. The Employee of the Month is recognized for going above and beyond and receives a gift.
