With that firm foundation in place, the United Hardware team drives disciplined execution to deliver unique value to independent hardware dealers. United Hardware employees work together very collaboratively across all functions of the organization. It often takes input and effort by various departments to execute important projects, initiatives and tasks to support our customers with exceptional services. Our Functional Leadership Team is comprised of key individuals from various departments that help support this collaborative environment. This collaboration is also strengthened by our ongoing commitment to communication across the organization through Quarterly Town Hall meetings at the Corporate Office and through United Hardware's Intranet Site which serves as a communication resource. Being able to be collaborative and having the communication and connection with your co-workers and the business are what helps employees to be engaged in the work that they do. To take it a step further United Hardware conducts annual Employee Engagement surveys with employees that is coupled with an Action Planning Process to allow employees the opportunity to work with their teams on projects that are relevant and important to enhancing their employee experience.
