My team has a clear goal and purpose. It is exciting to be a part of that mission. When I started at Ultragenyx, I felt immediately respected. I did not feel like I had to prove my worth or justify why I was brought on. That respect goes a long way in team building and accomplishing goals.

I work with a dedicated group of individuals who's sole focus is on doing what is right for the patient. My work is interesting, my colleagues are fantastic, I have a great supervisor and I believe in what the company is trying to do.

I feel safe and happy at work. I have the freedom to make decisions and changes as a manger. My manager is very very supportive and undertanding.

It allows me to grow and develop as an industry professional. It also gives me enough autonomy to feel like I have control over the work I produce.

The people I work with and support are highly collaborative, hard working and want to do the right thing for the company. In addition, the business owners that I support "always" show their appreciation for support I provide them. It's so refreshing from other companies I've worked for.

What I am doing matters and it improves lives. This job is the greatest sense of purpose in my life both personally and professionally
