We grow together, building leaders through a leadership development program, encouraging all staff through the Women’s Leadership Network, and offering a variety of training and social programs at each office. We embrace and are committed to inclusion and diversity of all kinds. We actively practice green initiatives across our corporate footprint by encouraging recycling and use of low impact materials and investing in solar panels for our corporate headquarters.
Tyler was the first company in North Texas to have commercial solar and energy storage capabilities. Additionally, when our Plano campus was built, we repurposed materials from the existing YMCA building, and many Tyler-owned buildings are LEED certified.
