Trillium Woods is a Life Care Services® life plan senior living community located in Plymouth. The community, which opened in 2015, focuses on overall well-being including fitness, nutrition and dynamic lifestyles. Located on 46 acres of a hilly woodland and lake-view setting, Trillium Woods offers a range of independent living options featuring duplex-style garden homes and apartment homes.
Trillium Woods accommodates residents’ changing needs throughout the aging process through its Life Plan approach. Residents who may need additional services such as assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing care see virtually no increase to their monthly fees.
The Birches at Trillium Woods Health Center provides quality long-term health care, assisted living services, skilled nursing, memory care and a rehabilitation center.
