Purpose
Whether the need is for the transport of hot and critical freight, white glove handling or tracking capabilities, Tri-State is here to offer our expedited services to address those needs. Opening our doors in 1983 as an expedited carrier to the Ohio, Michigan and Indiana areas, Tri-State has a proven record of experience and excellence displayed in the longevity of our employees as well as our Owner/operators, many with 20+ years of service.
Today, Tri-State’s ground expedited service operates in all 48 contiguous states, as well as Mexico and Canada. Utilizing our Owner/Operator and vast network of Partner Carriers, equipment offerings include cargo/sprinter van, air-ride straight trucks and air-ride tractor-trailers All freight is matched with one of the aforementioned vehicles based on freight dimensions and rated accordingly.
Tri-State excels in handling high value and complex shipments and all are proactively monitored through Omnitracs (formerly Qualcomm) a satellite tracking system that offers up to the minute information that insures visibility in transit. Additionally, Tri-State Expedited Service is hazmat certified.
The safe and timely transportation of your freight is the number 1 priority of Tri-State and our Owner/operators. Our network of Partner Carriers is held to the same high standards adhered to by our fleet of owner/operators.
