I love my job because it gives me a new chance to connect with people and build relationships that matter. No two days are the same. I love learning about what our community needs and how Towpath can have the greatest impact. My work keeps me energized and the passion flowing. I feel seen and appreciated from top to bottom. There is no place like Towpath CU.

I have been able to learn so much in the time I have been here. I have worked many places and was not previously offered advancement opportunities like I have been with Towpath.

I love what I do, and I love helping people. We are a part of something bigger, in what we do each and every day, helping our members. We make impactful differences in our members' lives, in our employees' lives, and out in the community.

I love what I do and respect the people I work with, which is 75% of what makes any job worth showing up for. My compensation and benefits package is great, and I get to help other people with their financial lives. We get to work with great technology, too - from the computers and improved camera systems to Microsoft 365 and all the programs we invested in over the last year.

This position is highly motivating, and Towpath fosters an environment that encourages employees to excel and take pride in their work. While my specific role can be challenging at times, Towpath consistently motivates us to improve and surpass our previous achievements. The organization is exceptionally flexible regarding work-life balance, which is greatly appreciated. Additionally, I value the transparency demonstrated by our CEO, as communication within the company is consistently open and honest.

I feel that I am genuinely a part of something much bigger than me and that the work I do has a real impact on the community. The opportunities offered to us are incredible and it feels like Towpath Credit Union really wants to invest in their employee's long term career goals. Upper management is also heavily invested in keeping their employees satisfied and go to extreme lengths to make sure everyone feels heard and valued.

I love what I do - I like finding ways to help people get their lives back on track, build / fix/ repair their credit, and to reach their goals and achieve their dreams. I love the challenge of figuring out a way to make something work, and the end-result feeling of making a positive impact on people's lives, by helping them when they need it.
