To create an engaging environment, team members need to feel truly connected to our business. Towne Mortgage focuses on transparency and communication throughout the entire company. We hold monthly Towne hall meetings monthly presenting for the entire company to discuss company initiatives, the direction of the business, company news, and culture initiatives, to name a few topics. In addition, we have an established Culture Group that plans out and orchestrates weekly/monthly activities to drive our culture throughout the company. Some of the events we have focused on are; Black History Month, Women’s History Month, Earth Day, Mental Health Awareness, and Pride Month, and many more. We also have in place a monthly 12 and Well recognition gift-giving program to promote healthy living.
