So while we have experienced aggressive growth in the past 3 years, we continue to focus on areas often underserved by large, corporate lenders. As a full-service lender, we manage every aspect of home financing in-house. Because our process is consultation driven, we have the unique opportunity to educate our borrowers each step of the way. By forging these relationships, we ensure their confidence and security from application to closing and beyond, as we service most of the loans we originate. At Towne Mortgage, we prioritize transparency and communication across the entire company. We conduct monthly Towne Hall meetings where we discuss company initiatives, business direction, company news, and cultural initiatives.
